Synopsis
Dans la seconde série, après que Raoh ait été vaincu par Kenshiro, un nouveau rival fait son apparition : les guerriers du Gentou Kouken. Falco, le successeur du Gentou Kouken, obéit aux ordres d'un tyran nommé Jacko. Ce dernier se proclame l'élu du Tentei et ordonne à ses subordonnés de capturer tous les êtres vivants afin de bâtir sa capitale impériale. Kenshiro refait surface et met un terme à sa tyrannie. Au milieu du chaos, Lynn est capturée et emmenée au pays des Shura, où seuls les combattants impitoyables existent. Kenshiro doit maintenant poursuivre le ravisseur et vaincre les 3 Rasho du pays pour s'échapper, sain et sauf, avec Lynn.
